My name is Rajnish sharma, from last few days i am receiving the calls from Barclay Bank Cradit Card Sattlement Department regarding the sattlement of my transactions, But I had never applied for any cradit card and never received and cradit card. But everytime some person call me and ask for the payment in my official timing, This phone call keep continue to arround 30 Minutes and some time even 1 hour, this is hampering my work and i am so much tence and frustated, so i am marking this complain against Barcley. Yesterday conversation was so unmanered that i am not able to think what to do. They are saying we will log a legal case against you and you has to pay arround 92K Rs. As per them i am using Barcley bank Cradit card from Last more than 1 yr. they have also shared some cradit card number with me, the number is 4339481422096806, and my Relationship manager name is Amit Goswami , and when i am asking for the contact number of Amit Goswami they denied for this. Neither they are ready to tell me any details regarding the cradit card documents like address proof, ID proof, signature and Receiver of cradit card. They have also shared the Address of Branch "Barkley Bank PLC arose corporate tower Nehru Place near Satyam Cinema" and wants me to visit the branch for the sattlement. Please help me.
