I had ICICI Credit card in 2006.

All outstanding was cleared and card was surrendered- way back in Nov 2006.

I do have the supporting payment receipts and No dues certificate issued by ICICI bank.

In spite of this, my savings account has been blocked since last week.

Available funds have been adjusted against this credit card and current balance is Made NIL.

I have been daily contacting ICICI bank officials but there is no proper response or corrective action.
