This is Deepika.V. This is regarding the false transaction made through my credit car 4477477211260001.
There were 6 false transactions made from my credit card. and i had raised a dispute for it. Now the merchant has credited back the amount. But due to dollar fluctuation the credited amount is less than the debited amount and now the bank is asking me to pay the difference amount,late payment fee and interest charges as well. I raised a dispute for the transaction and now they are expecting the customer to pay the amount for which i have not made any transaction and also the difference amount.what have I got to do with the dollar rates. Why shouldl i pay the amount when i had not made the transaction?
IN addition out of 6 transactions, i didnt receive message alert on my mobile for even one of the transaction. if i had received i would have become alert that someone is misusing and would have called back immediately. Then what is the point in having mobile alert subscription?
One of the ICICI phone banking office on 13th july told me i need not pay any amount if i have not made the transaction. Today they ask me 2 pay the outstanding amount of 1800 something.... When they called up i could not attend their call due to some reasons and they closed the dispute raised by me.
This is equivalent to forcing an customer to pay inspite of having not made any transaction. All unwanted mobile alerts about ICICI are sent to my mobile but the transactions made in my credit card are not sent. If i cal up the customer care, each one say different answers and if i try to raise a query online, it keeps on saying try later. From morning till evening i was trying to raise a request online but in vain.
