Dear Sachin,This is to bring to your notice the service provided by HDFC Credit Card devision. My Credit Card no is xxxxxxxxxxx1588. I have been asking my credit card statement from Bank form last many months but no body from bank has provided me the statement. I have been paying to bank every month from last 2 years( more than 2.70 lac) but when i ask my statement they dont reply. I dont have any information that hw much i need to pay to bank n hw much interest they are charging... I have given my installment till may... every time these people promise that they will provide me statement after i pay my installment but then no body turn up. According to my view i have already paid lot more than my actual usage. This month i.e june 2010, i have refused to pay them without getting statement then after many calls they have send me 1 year statement on my mail and told me on phone that they cannot provide me statement for more than 1 yr period. I dont understand how they can refuse to customer to provide his own account information.
After going through 1 yr statement i got to know that they have charged me interest of 1.1 lac in just 1 yr even though i have paid all the installement regularly every month then from whr this interest has come. Instead of sending mail to them there is no reply from their side. Now they have started harrassing my relatives for the same. They are giving threatning calls to me and my relatives for sending gundas to my place.

I am expecting a reply to my queries but you have not responded to the same which i am still awaiting secondly still awaiting for my statement since begining.
Secondly one of your pune representative has called only of my relative i dont know by what means she has given the call and now started disturbing him..If payment is due from me then why you are disturbing him for the same as he has no relation with my card.
This is not fair the ways it is being dealt as one side not replying to my queries and secondly calling to someone else for the money.
Thirdly today I spoke to ur representative and she is saying where is ur previous complain nos as mentioned earlier also call center guys has not given me any complain nos in spite of asking from them as they refused to recognize me.Also mentally again she is harassing me and saying I will send my agents to disturb your family and fiends.
Expecting an response for both of my mails which I sent earlier and today.s.

As I have received only one year statement whereas I need my statement since begining only to understand the charges which you have levied to me. Secondly In 1 year I have been charged almost 1.10Lac RS as Interest only why so many interest are levied whereas every month your representative is only saying you need to pay the X amount. I have never known about this I tried to change my mail id and address both as communicated by your representative through call center but they were denying to change the same saying you are not sachin agarwal. Whne I was not able to do this they said you pay first then we will help you to resolve this issue which never happened.
Also can you please tell me the reason why I cant access my statements from begining.
As mentioned earlier also it is getting difficult to deal with ur representatives in Pune as in my previous conversation my experience is not good and friendly.

As per the telephonic conversation dated 25th June as you requested for the statements for last one year has been sent to the Magarpatta address wherein you had promised that once the statements received you will make the payment. When the Field Executive visited on 26th at the given address the house was locked and even we tried from all the ways to get in touch with you, but still not received any revert from you, but still the field executive has left the statements at your residence.Today we are again mailing you the soft copies of your statements for 1 year.
Today again when he had visited your residence again we got to know that you have left this residence in Pune 2 years back.
Please note sir, on 25th when the manager had spoken to you about delivering the statements at your Pune address she had confirmed the address but you had never intimated about your new address.
Kindly go through your statements and make the payment for 10670/- by ATM or net transfer ( HDFC Bank) latest by today or tomorrow morning.Also would appreciate if you could pick up our call and also request you to provide us your new address for future reference.

Thanks for your mail but I would like to share something with you the difficulties which I have faced with HDFC Bank on dealing this.
Since last one year I am asking for my till date since begining my statement report with my transaction details but I am not geing the same...Every month I just get the assurance from your representatives that after the payment we will provide the same but this has never happend.
Yesterday also I talked to yuor represntative in chennai also but she is also saying that we cant mail you for more then a year etail on this ID..May I know by what mean i dont have the right to know my statement. I tried from your call center no. also but they are refusing to recognise me even and also saying we can give more then 6 months statement.
Also in the way representatives are talking that is not friendly in fact it looks very bad and irritating talking to them.
The way they are approaching to me is totally unfair and also which is threatful as saying we will deduct the amount from your saving account.
Also have the right to know about my transactions which I am unable to know.
At the same time I need the details on this ID as firstname.lastname@example.org only as my other ID is not working currently.
I am very hurt with the way bank is dealing wit me and the way they are not helping me to know about my own transaction..
First thing is that I need my all transactions details since begining.
