We have gone through your complaint and suggest you to send a legal notice via registered post to the CMD of the GE Money, mentioned all the details in it and ask them for the proper solution so that you will not face such problem in future.

Dear sirs...
I was a customer of GE MONEY CONSUMER LOANS for 3 yrs.. following which after he repayment of all loans.. they offered me a Free cash card with limit of 5000.00.( Cash Card No.00042118920159159601 )
As time passed by i regularly used the card for all sorts of purchases..with timely regular payments. One fine day, almost after 2 yrs of using the card fine, the monthly statement came with a Annual fees charges..but the card was supposedly free.. i was told so that it was lifetime free.. ! I was Stumped..! I did called up the consumer care no. but they told me that i will have to pay the ammount as my card was not free.. I immediately paid the statement ammount minus the annual fees .. this happend for two times.. after that i stopped using the card completely since i sensed that the company was in no mood for settlement.. evry two three months someone from the comapny would call up saying that i will ahve to pay the ammount,, and as time passed by the ammount that was something arround 500 now grew upto rs.4500 ..with latefees and charges including..
two months back the executive from ther mumbai office called up and said we are ready for a settlment for rs 1000. , i said ok.. come down at my place and collect the ammount..
Yesterday.. a post came from a delhi legal firm stating that their clients GE MONEY have appoached courst against me and i will have to shell out rs.4429 plus legal and court fees.. or else i will be listed in CBIL
i am confussed as what to do.. since without any fault of mine i am being made a scapegoat.

Since i am a user of GEmoney card, validity date for my card has been lapsed so i request for a new card
