Dear sir.

I had a icici credit card and i settle it with the bank representative on 17th may 2008. I call to bank 14 days before and they were not able to give any answer. sir they torcher us if we get payment delay by one day and they are not updating their own record . i am hopeless to call too many time and always say with in seven day somebody would call and nothing happens.Pls. help me to teach lesson to this private profitable mindset. there is quick ontime system to take money but responding is in months and years.
