    Thumbs down Complaint against SBI Card

    Hi Team,

    This is to bring into your kind notice that I am totally exhausted and tired chasing SBI for my credit card which is still sitting with Express IT courier company for unknown reasons wherein I have already recieved the statement. It's disgraceful and I'm totally stressed out! I have talked to SBI numorous times and wrote 3 emails without a reply.

    Hi Team, This is to let you know that I am extremely annoyed & tired of your excuses even before we have started this relationship!!! I have attached a copy of tracking detail for your ref. Express IT are the worst courier service available in india & you ended up joining hands with them I wonder! My card was dispatched on 11th. While all other companies are delivering all my stuff at this address, your express IT tracking says " incomplete address".Why didn't they call me if there were problems locating this address. I live in a posh area. Stand anywhere in indirapuram and ask where this address is. people will tell you!Pathetic!Cancel this card if this is your level of service!     Default Addon card fee

    Dear All, My name is shanthi & My mobile no is 9843121665 , My date of birth 17/01/1969 & my sbi credit card no is 4317 5750 2773 4657 . Reg my credit card I got the last statement due for Rs.250.00 & also i got the statement day before only & I was try to contact from today morning to the custamer care no 39020202 but no response, Actually last time also i was complaint for this same issue agaist addon card charges & after that only you had revert the amount &send the statement. Infact I am not using the card for the last few months , nearly more than year, because they have send me the statement like this only & my requeast is if you will not revert this addon charge Rs. 250.00 I will not use the card permanently. In fact lat 10 days i was not feeling well & also hospitalized, in this situvation you are also troubling me unnessarily & i am totaly upset for this issue.

    Note; From the begining when i was apply for the card your people clearly told me we are not going to be charge for addon card, infact I am alway's facing the problem only with SBI Card & I am using HDFc & other card also , they are not charge any thing for addon card, So do the need ful & my request is don't give the trouble unnessarily to any body & clear the issue immediately.Matter is vry Urgent, By G.Shanthi.

    Default application for credit card

    my self laxmansingh sidhu.my credit card was broken befor few days so i want to new credit card on same number.so please note our complain
