In year 1998 I have been gifted a Credit Card from ANZ Grindlays Bank which later on become defaulter due to it's Un-Ethical Banking Policies and taken over by Standard Chartered in year 2000.

Even after full & Final Settlement with ANZ in year 2000, there is a WRITTEN OFF credit history lying on CIBIL Site vide Member Id BS00014156 & control No-435760116. This Credit history is adversely affecting my current credit history.

This is the misuse of CIBIL against customers and the banks are now open to demand & threat for any Unethical charges to the customers. If customer do not pay the same amount then his name shall be sent to CIBIL. Is there any bureau made for the such customers?
