I lost my SCB and ICICI Bank-credit card 18.08.2005 at 3pm and contacted the customer care through my doughter as I was in Gurgaon- Haryana, while residing in Delhi. I also lodge complaint with Haryana-
local police and having a FIR of my lost cards at 3.30 pm. That the C.Care-representative confirmed my daughter at 3.05pm that no transaction had been made. And similar reply was given to me at 5.15pm.
However, when I received a statement I found that some cash transaction had been made against my credit card. Now the bank SCB is not accepting the call made by my daughter and considering the calls which was made by me only.While the card was misused at 4.27pm. That inspite of my various correspondence and legal notices the SCB is not admiting the FIR or the call made by my daughter. So please advice me whether I can file my case under Consumer Court Act. ?
