She is harrassed by ICICI Bank Collection Agents from last one week other side bank sent legal recovery notice to her mumbai residence where her aged parents are residing .we both are at pune .I am working withIT Company ..I wans out of station for my project (Banglore).I received call from our relatives residing at pune that my wife had taken sleeping tablets and wriited one sucide note .She particularly mentioned in that note that she is not able to pay her Credit Card Balance .so Bank people started harrassing her using abusive language saying bad things for her mother and father too. Someone from that recovery agent said that sell yourself and repay our money .I want to tell here my wife is having asthama and she is four months pregnant also.In such conditions how these people can use such kind of language .ICICI Bank is giving Credit Card to innocent people to kill them
This is a limit of harrassment .I filed FIR against ICICI Bank in Hinjewadi Police Station against Bank now i am under tension because her health is still critical after 48 hrs also .
I don't know what will happen?
I remember first she got call from recovery agent in onth of Feb 2010 regarding her Credit Card payment
Bank blocked her saving account (ICICI Bank S/B) that time we stopped transactions totally from that account
In month of Feb 2010 same things happened abusive language say bullsheet to my wife mental harrassment
That time i did FIR at Hinjewadi Police Staion and given complant on Phone Banking(Customer Care)..after that they stopped calling to my wife .that time i asked for Credit Card settlement to the bank .they said we will let you know
After that my wife got call from bank people regarding settlement .
They told us that we have to pay Rs 56,000 as a cash to forthclose this Credit Card account.
We agreed for that but next day we got one settlement letter at out pune address about settlement had done in Rs 56,000 .other side we got another letter from ICICI Bank at mumbai address that our settlement request is declined
we were confused .after calling customer care we came to know that settlement letter was fake in real settlement request was declined afetr that once again we received call from that recovery person who asked me to pay Rs 56,000 in cash if not paid we will put in lock up we are coming with police ..then i shouted at him and i said we are going to police really you come down after saying this that person disconnected my call .i am having that fake settlement letter of ICICI Bank with me now also.
At that time (April 2010\)we paid Rs 20,000 at bank counter in cash as a credit card payment we are having receipt also.
Now on 6th june 2010 my wife got Court recovery letter at her mumbai residence that bank had taken legal action against my wife .very next day again she got call from recovery agent telling that bank is not received any payment from last four month.We paid Rs 20,000 they don't have any record ..how it can possible.??
I left for Banglore on 7th June 2010 and yesterday i got news about my wife's mental harrassment case
I filed FIR and very soon i am going to take legal action against bank
I want to ask ICICI Bank people if you are not able to handle Such Credit card or any other Financial matters
then why you are giving such kind of facilites to customers
Really you are playing with innocent people's life ..
