Dear Sir/Member,

Myself Mr. Rajarshi Sengupta, holding an add-on card of HSBC India. My Card number is “************3571”; this card has been forced to me along with my elder brother who was a primary card holder 10 years back. And there have been umpteen requests from me to you by Letter mails to remove my name from your database and stop sending me the card. But still I continuously recd. the same card again last year.

I have never used this credit card in my life time, and still my name is on the CIBIL database, a courtesy from your team. On CIBIL records it shows my name against the card with an overdue amount of INR 93,000.

After numerous calls to the call centers and many mails my name yet to be removed. Could you please update your software or something to remove my name? Why my name would will be there when I have never used the card. Because I have never received any communication from your side in last 10 years except sending me my Add-on card diligently, that I have defaulted on payment on this HSBC Card.

And for my brother’s case, it is amazing that his name is still there on CIBIL database? Because I have personally went with him when the balance was low around INR 20,000 and met with Mr. Rahul Nakat, in the month of January 2009, the Mr. Arijit in the month of March, 2009. Everybody was quite astonished to know that my brothers wanted to pay it in full, and said that they would get back to him in 3-4 days with all the documents showing the amounts. And I have checked with him but nobody from your bank has ever come forward to solve the problem. And courtesy HSBC India, at least 3-4 cases filed against him in various courts, all over the India. He had a talk with your Bank’s Lawyer Mrs. Sunita Agarwal, and according to her; Bank should come forward to solve the problem, and which never happened or yet to be happened.

To be very frankly it is a pretty nice trap from HSBC India, where they misused the services, courtesy Call Center Executives, Bank employees and Collection Agencies and completely trying to destroy someone’s career, dream everything.

I would request you to remove my name from CIBIL at the shortest time possible, and talk to my brother about closing the matter.

P.S: I am also filing a case against HSBC India next Monday and sending the cc of this mail to Banking Ombudsman, Kolkata, Police Commissioner, Kolkata, Baguihati Police Station, Kolkata and all the Media Channels and News network all over the India, as I cannot wait for another 24 hours after waiting for 10 years to remove my name.
