Dear Sir,

I am facing a lot of problem from the ABN AMRO credit card no and also with the Savings bank account.
I have explained the details below:

1. ABN AMRO credit card person called me for the 4season offer during the month of Dec-08. I have rejected the accept the offer.

2. During the month of Jan-09 the ABN AMRO Credit card person use to call me daily and harassing me to accept the offer. Finally they informed me that they will debit my account for the 4season offer and in the next month you can cancel the offer. But, I never accepted the offer.

3. Inspite of this they have debited my account and in the next month I have informed the CC executive to reverse the debit and I, have converted the outstanding into 12 EMI excluding the offer amount. They informed me that this will be reversed in this month and still know this has not been reversed.


4.Every month whenever they call me for the payment, I am asking for the reversal since form 1year and there was no information to return the voucher instead they use to tell that this will be reversed this month. I have also a corporate Savings bank account with them where my salary is credited every month to this account. Finally, I have stopped making the payment for 2 months for non reversal of this offer. But the bank has debited my entire salary in the SB account without informing me.

5. Meanwhile, I have called the bank people for the debit and they have giving me the silly answers. Later, I called the CC executive and by forcibly they informed me address to return the vouchers to reverse the debit.

6. Finally, I returned the voucher to the address they had informed me, after a week they have return back to me stating that the vouchers has been expired.


I am requesting your authorities to help out from this harassment and solve this issue at the earliest.
