Hi,
I was issued a credit card number 4718630002238060 in January 2008 and within some days i receive a statement saying payment due is 28000/-. After confirming with your customer care i came to know that somebody had done transaction of 28000/- on my Add on card which I have never received. On which customer care person says to fill up a dispute form and send it him, which I did on 29/01/08.

After this your staff called up for sometimes and were asking for same payment which now went to 52000/- after interests and fines.So i explained same thing to them and they stopped calling me.
But suddenly i receive call in Dec' 09 from credit card collections asking for same payment, after discussing with them they called me to Grant road office to solve this matter where i met Sameer Bhagat and this whole issue was explained to him. He said he will forward this matter to fraud department of yours and will revert me back within a week. After following him for a month he says this matter is two years old and details can not found out, on which he gives address of finance and accounts team,chembur.
I travelled all the way to chembur from ulhasnagar on Saturday 23th Jan and then i came know that this department of yours has shifted to somewhere else and the office was of Axis IT. After enquiring with the security guards they told me that the finance team now works some where from powai and i will not be allowed in to their office as I am a Customer and not an authorised person.

Today a received a Legal notice from their Legal Dept., please somebody advise me to solve this issue.
