I was using a credit card of HSBC Bank Credit Card Number 4384 5999 0916 7008. on 8/11/2008 i hv paid the entire amount mentioned on the credit card statement & gave a request to stop this card. i hv a stamped copy of all these documents. but still these bank guys r demanding for more money frm me i always get a threating call frm there recovery department stating that if u will not pay the aid amount to us u will be treated as a defaulter & ur name will given in CIBIL apart frm these they are also threting me for legal actions. the r mentally harrasing me me frm past 2 yrs. & now its getting more & more. they r demanding for more 8000 bucks frm me.
