Once we receive this information, a bank representative will check why that merchandise hasn’t been dispatched yet and get in touch with you.
Also, please rest assured that all the offers on our various cards are genuine schemes by the Bank, and will be acknowledged, as long as they are in line with the terms and conditions laid down against each offer.
