i am havbing s b i credit card since last three years and every moth i was paying rs. 11000 to 12000 per
month . but strange my principle amt. remained ssaem as the paymetnt alsmost adjusted against int. and
other illgeal chargtes by s b i card.
Sir, since SEpt. 2009j, due to illness of my parnets and other financial receession reason, i could not pay
the bills on time.

The sir, s bi started doing all the goondargiris to me and my familiy . threatinng calls , senidng goondas ,
jphoning to my old mparents when i ma in th office.

Sir, but they crossed all limit of decency. sir, i was on leave on 14 may 2010, one ms priya of s bi card
callled on landlinee of my offcie, and since i was not therem muy seniro offceir, took the phone , she started
giving filthiest and choicest ggaalis saying he si lying that sharma is non levave.
The she called my head of the deptt who is a very big gov.t oofcceir, and did repeat the above. he was in
a meeting, thus s bi card recveory people attacked on my job.

they want my job , as they kept on phoning to each of my collegue in every 5 munutes , not only in my room
but neighbouring rooms also.

when i joined on monday 24 may 2010, they called me and aske d me to pay the entire amout with charges
of rs. 85 thousand. they called me on 24 5 2010 at least 60 times during the day, i rea. them to file a suit
aginst me in las but they said to hell with law and r b i and police . they are not afraid of anyone. thus they are
repeating this act . pl. save me and my job as giving gaaliss to my bosses and very high profile people will
damagej my job and future aspect beyound repairs. of rs. 85 thousands, sir, weh i siad i dont have the money and they can file a suit against me in the court of
law, he said he knows how to get his money. to hell with law and r b i norms. he called me 60 times during
