ICICI bank has caused mental torture and unecessary loss of energy,time and money because of their irregularities ,totaly unethical ways and playing blame games with no coordination within the bank.
I had been sanctioned a loan of 98,000 in the year through telephonic conversation(this in itself was due to the abuse of the telephonic medium by these agents of the bank,calling at irregular times ) and i was told that there would not be any problem and there was no connection with my then my elgibility of Rs.7000 as loan.

After this incident,i got a cheque for Rs.7000(my maximum elgibility amount).When i checked my account ,i could see that Rs.12,000(still unreleased) had been deducted from my account.This was for the loan of Rs.98,000 icici bank had given only in its computer database and a seperate EMI of Rs.800 was also deducted for the Rs.7000(which i have cleared in monthly emi's).
I was also deducted Rs.12,000 for a second time ,but this time the manager of the branch who himself accepted of the irregularities and totaly ethical ways of the bank and got my money released.
I have been since then getting calls and text messages,even when am in important academic meeting, giving me mental torture and unnecessary loss of energy,money,time and causing me defamation.
I dont want to get started on the imint points,as its become a well known issue now,with just like most other my points transfered to a imint account (,which they claim to be mine,just that i have heard about the card only in paper mobile txt msg's,) without my consent.

I think there should be a seperate court just to deal with the problems icici has been creating to the general public or better closure of this bank,which i think is high time to do it .
