Hi,
I have received my HSBC credit card in 2007 from HSBC. Sales person told me that this card is life time free card like ICICI bank. HSBC send me 2 cards. additional card is allotted to my mom. I never asked additional card but they provided to me.

in 2008 HSBC charged 3000 rs+ amount for yearly membership. i never expected this one. i have send a mail to cancel my card but they zeorised my card instead of cancellation. Again 2009, they came back with rs 3000 + rs. This time also, i told them to cancel my card but they zeorised card instead of cancel. Again 2010, they charged 3000 + rs..., again told them to cancel my card. now my card is canceled but amount is still not zeorised. They confirmed me that they will zeorise the amount with in 7 days on 29th April but still it is not happened.

Please note, i never used HSBC card. i never swiped HSBC card.

They are never giving any proper response. They are calling me daily and told me to pay balance amount. I have kept all my request in my mail box. All requests are made through mail only.

I am looking for good response from HSBC
