    Post Fraudulant commitment and harrasment by icici credit card division

    This is with reference to fraudulent transaction and false commitment given by your collection agency Ganaraj Services Pune by person Mr. Ganesh. This gentleman has collected a payment of RS. 15000/- from me saying that, it is against the settlement of my credit card account and shall provide me an approval letter within 4-5 days. the card is supposed to be settled for Rs. 45000/- as assured by Ganesh and his sr. Mr. Sanjay Ghule. The purpose of settlement is my critical medical condition. I have undergone CABG (by-pass surgery) and still experiencing unstable health. At present not earning enough even to support my family. The money that was paid as a part of settlement is also borrowed from neighbors. We request you to look into the matter personally and resolve the same asap before it becomes more severe and critical. On approaching your office at Bhandarkar Road, my wife have been ill-treated by one of your officer- Mr. Avadesh Mishra, at Bhandarkar Road office, Pune, which is very sad and disappointing from a renowned bank like ICICI-with Six Sigma implementation. My medical papers are also provided to your officer Avdesh Mishra through an executive from your bank, about a 2 months back. look forward to resolution for the matter of serous concern. I never thought of meeting the instance of CABG whilst at work that has ruined my continuity at work and well being. If required, I can send you the photocopies of my medical reports. card No.: 5176**** **** 5004
    Look forward to an earliest resolution from icici, with approval letter (authorised) before this complaint gets escalated to court of law.

    Default ICICI bank is can be ranked as number 1 in cheating the customers

    It's been an habit to the ICICI bank credit card collection people to play such false commitments and cheat the customers.

    I was also one of the victim of such scenario and the management of the ICICI is worst and I fee they are acting as if they are uneducated people. In spite of several complaints and providing the details of the people and agency details, They never take any kind of action on such agencies and I feel that such things are happenings in discussion with the ICICI bank staff.

    Their service is really pathetic and no words to explain their fraudulent methods and even our government policies and norms will not encourage the customers to raise complaints about such banks who want to fight for justice.

    Default harrisment and worng comitment from HDFC Credit card EXecutive

    This is Kalpesh I have a credit card No. XXXXXXXXX from HDFC Bank. I'm not using that credit card from past 8-9 months but making payment of minimum balance, now there was some outstanding on my a/c which I didn't pay Because I’m not financial sound and recently so i requested to the bank for satlement and give me installmant of Rs. 2500, my Satlement amout was 52000/- and they send me wrong satlement letter and give me time of 8 months and installment amout is 7500/- which is not possible for me,,,,i have not accepted the letter,,,,after 10-12 days recovery agents was call me from 022-61480203, 09320166468, and told me you can pay 3500/- minimum amout for this month after next month will do it 2500/- installment for you....and after that they pressor me all month and i have paid 7 months and still nothing happen and this month i am not able to manage due to some family problem and prothers wedding,,in my family only i m resposible person,,,now HDFC Bank (a person) and he harassed me and telling me to borrow money from relatives & neighbours or whosoever,

    The representatives are talking shit. They are abusing in Hindi language and hight of bull shit that they called up to my curent organisation

    so i request to u please do the needfull and i am not able to pay everymonth more than 2500/-
    and also i have salry account with HDFC bank and they will told me please do the payment otherwise yr account will going in hold...

    Please tell me what should I do?

    Now I shall be filing a legal suite against the bank to get proper justice in cases of farudulant committments from ICICI agents and ridiculus replies from the Bank officials. till today, I thought of betterment of Bank- with understanding that everywhere, in all organizations people make some mistakes, and the customers do get suffered,. But I think, ICICI is doing all these things deliberately-they do not only ignore the complaints but they also try to divert the core complaint matter. Now what remains is- all similar complainers come together and file a suite gainst them with fullest extent for playing around with public money and sheer harrasment. ANy suggestions / guidence in this regard is highly appreciated.

    Dear Sir,
    It appears tht the peoople at your care center are trying to dievet the issue/complaint matter and forcing me to pay Rs. 71000+ to settle the account and further threatening to mark my name as defaulter? please take care and suggest me an amicable way to close all my relations with ICICI Bank for life time. I do not wish to avail ANY services from ICICI Bank.

    Hello Sir/Madam

    Is there any way to come out of this ICICI bank torture?. on 29th I got salary and immidietly they put lien in my account so that i could not withdraw anything from Account.Please give me a solution whether i should lodge a complaint in court or how should i procede.this is Happeing every now and then for me. and the Interest they are charging is 28.8%.Its 100% illegal.Do they have any right to Block my account? and For charging 28.8% Interest is illegal? How can i go forward and give complaint.
    I am thinking of Going to High Court of Karnataka and Take the MEdia Help as I spoke to TIMES NOW Media people with the help of my relative where he works as a Employee.

    Please give me some suggettion
