Varsha Ph No. (0522)-3924990 ,Mob No. 09897830235, She Called up for My Card Dues then aggred to settle my card A/c for 2,00,000.00 & asked to pay in 5 installment of 40,000.00 each ,i have demanded a copy for settlement but HDFC Executive Varsha told i will receive settlement statement after paying my first installment i did the same i Deposited 40,000.00 by March 2010 as my first Installment , i was suppose to pay next 40,000 by April 2010 but in the meantime demanded settlement statement from Varsha (HDFC Executive ) but she keep on consoling me that i wil get ASAP ,by May 2010 i came to know my card was not even setteled and it stand as it is with more unpaid interest for MARCH & APRIl ,now what should i do .
After wards i repetedlly asking for card settlement but nor i receive any response nor HDFC Executive VARSHA attains my call ,meanwhile my cards balance is creeping up PLz Look into it afterwards you (HDFC BANK ) will come across with enhanced amount and will ask for payment , plz do not push the matter to latter stage where i became completelly unable to payout , so came across and settle my due .

this is punam nath ,residing at dl2.sukanto pally,jyangra 4,kolkata -59,i intend to state that i m holding hdfc credit card no.4346781102578101,card limit 75000/-since aug 2010,eight month back when i asked for settlement ,executive asked me to continue payment till 6 month more ,then i can do settelment ,but after eight month none of the executive attending my call nor bank is supporting my calls,till now i have paid more then the principle amount,pls help me to settle this problem ,as m i n big financial crisis.looking forward for ur assistance as soon as possible.

Ram Mohan,Mob No. 09396662012, He Called up for My Card Dues then aggred to settle my card A/c for 10000 & asked to pay in 2 installment of 2000 & 8000 ,i have demanded a copy for settlement but HDFC Executive Raghvendra (mob no-09030265150) told i will receive settlement statement after paying my first installment i did the same i Deposited 2000 by March 2010 as my first Installment , i was suppose to pay next 8000 by April 2010 but in the meantime demanded settlement statement from Mr. Ram Mohan but he keep on consoling me that i wil get ASAP ,by May 2010 i came to know my card was not even setteled and it stand as it is . *I have continuously paying minimum amount rs2000 per month but interest is continue increasing and total amount due is about45000 on me. i have tried many times to sattle my card but each time bankers are not responding.I have promised them that provide me my sattlement letter to my home address and i will pay the sattled amount but they are not responding and increasing the amount while i have already paid more than initial amount.

Hi,

I had one credit card which I get in my initial days of employment. And I admin I was financially immature could not manage it well. The overdue started chasing me and later had no other option but to close it down. For few month I paid the minimum amount due and later I paid the complete outstanding detailed by the Patna branch executive.

Recently I dig my CIBIL score after getting frequently denied my credit card applications that the HDFC card payment is showing as SETTLED where it was never on a lump sum amount and I paid the entire amount.
I called at HDFC customer care numbers 033 22104332 where they duly confirmed that I dont have any outstanding.
