At the time of blocking the card, all my dues were cleared. After the case got resolved, I asked ICICI customer care to cancel my card. This is not acceptable from my side. If the current due amount is because of any purchase by me, i would have happily paid(please see my credit history). This has become extremely annoying for me and the amount is increasing everymonth. With all the facts given, I request you to cancel the card immediately.
