    Default Icici- fraud bank no.1

    I am using ICICI Credit card from january'2008 . I hav taken a ICICI Lombard Policy of Rs. 3,225 in that same month & I was agreed to deduct the same amount from my c.c. on emi basis for one year.
    But ICICI bank has blocked rs.6,550 for 2 years, from my c.c. at same time and they are charging me emi & interest accordingly. It means I have to pay them interest & that amount for two years as EMI.
    Now Policy has been Lapsed this january because it was of one year. BUt ICICI is still charging me as EMI ,and they will charge me the same for one year more. I have already complained this to customer support in ICICI c.c. division , but they said me to talk to lombard , As i called to lombard they told me that your policy was of Rs. 3,225 and it has been lapsed in januray & there is no another policy on my name.
    Now I am tired of complaining again & again. Please suggest me what to do.ICICI is charging me for wrong policy with double amount.

    I am surprised by your mail,it again shows what attitude you carry towards your
    customers.If it has taken 10 days to write what your colleagues have written number
    of times if this what you had taken time to give reply by 4th May i donot know what
    to say about it as this shows that you have not read throgh the mails ,that shows
    you carry any regard for the authorities concerned.Would one last time request you
    to go through all tha mails below and give me point wise reply,i am not asking only
    for reward points there are several issues raised and want to know why you should
    not be responsible for the same and what should be the penalty for it.The most
    important why have you not marked the reply to all the authorities as i had done in
    my mails.i think there is some thing fishy about this.

    PS Concerned authorities at consumer court and national consumer redresal forum; I
    am putting hereunder the replies i ahve recieved from ICICI Bank.it clearly shows
    no that they are not really scared/have scant regard for the legal authorities.The
    reply recieved has shocked me and i hope that through your intervention i will get
    justice and for all other people whom these banks harsas everyday.I am herunder
    also putting the replies i have recieved from ICICI,for which not surprisingly they
    have not marked the copy to you.

    Concerned authorities at consumer court and national consumer redresal forum:i
    approach with lot of hope as the Bank is taking consumer to ride at their on will
    and wish.Inspite of my repeated requests no direct reply is being given but mails
    are being answred round and round.Bank should be penalised for their mastakes as
    tyey do to thier customers.I think they were replying like this either they
    thought i will not approach any authority and will get fed up and leave the matter
    or they have scant regard for power of conumer rights and authorities.This all is

    After 4 years of my using your card,and numerous
    times I have written to you the way you deal with
    your customer,and no difference it makes to you for
    the complaints your customer makes and highhanded
    attitude you have towards your customers has been

    authorities have reprimanded you ,but looks like it

    redemption of my rewards points which I have earned
    over the years by using your card b=which I had done
    because I had some good rewards which of were use to
    me (I could have used other available cards also)for
    which you had sent me the list also when I finalized
    my decision I called you and now get the reply that
    I can not redeem the same with you and you have
    transferred my points some bullshit programme I
    Mint.When is asked how can you do this reply was we
    can take any decision.let me inform you that I was
    using the card in view of certain benefits ,I agree
    you can do some changes but you have to inform the
    customer and would have used my points till that
    date anf further I would have taken decision whether
    I want to continue or not and there would have been
    no faults of your.for your information very reputed
    bank and done this type of change recently and they
    informed the customer to reddm the points with lot
    of time given in between to take decision for which
    I have total documentary proof which can be provided
    once it is required.your executive once again was
    showing that you have given card free to me let me
    tell you and you are already aware that you earn lot
    of money when we use your card I.e you are not doing
    any charity further more you have been upgrading my
    cards without even my asking since you saw my usage
    and you were earning more for which you have some
    special rewards for higher cards.that's the e reason
    I was using your card.

    Would request you to immediately respond to all my
    queries and also I ask for compensation for the time
    and effort I am putting once again this time in
    addition to my last complaint and other past
    complaints for which you have accepted the
    mistakes.Further I am mot making this as reason to
    hold your payment,but for speedy redressal of my
    complaints I would like to inform you that I will
    not be making my outstanding payment of around Rs
    45000 till you resolve all my queries with suitable
    reply and you will be solely responsible for any
    delay as we still have time till 15th April that is
    the due date.So would request you to please respond
    well in time.Once i hear from you iwll take the
    further couse and involve the authrities/agencies
    who can help me.

    Here I would like to tell you that your attitude
    towards the customers have forced me to take up
    this case and also the harassment you put your
    customers through as many of them donot have time or
    our chalta hai attitude of which you take advantage
    and you earn millions and your good balance sheets
    and also you get your hefty salaries,here I would
    like to warn the person who reads this and replies
    you can also be victim one day of these type of
    organizations.

    Ashish when asked what should be penalty for giving
    the wrong feed back/mistake he said i am sorry.I
    remember if we pay you late by even by 2 days you
    apply all those haevy interest cahrges you donot
    agree with the sorry we tell you.Wolud request to
    let me know what should be penalty to you.
