I have unique experience with SCB standard chaterd Bank Credit card please be
care full and read carefully it will help you all if you and read card

I got the some royal Sundram call on my cell phone last year saying that we
have tied up with SCB for medi claim for amount of Rs. 300000 for Rs. 13000 for
family of 3 I said on phone yes okay I took it last year in last November 2005
and they said it will start from today means some time in November 2005

It was my bad luck I was admitted to hospital within the six days of I
received the SCBank credit cards bills, and I paid the amount as it was told to
me by EMI

Best part oft the issue was that when I contacted To Royal Sundram they did
not paid single rupee to me and said sorry this may be u have before he you took
out the medi claim and I could not do anything to them and paid all the EMI

Meanwhile in this August 2006 I received other bill for 13000 thousand and I
got shocked saying you have given acceptance on phone I immediacy phone to Royal
Sundram and Standard Charted Bank and instruct them about the confirmation they
aid u have given confirmation which I never given and the point is why will I
will take other Mediclaim

Then next bill they did send me the SCBank for Rs 13000 once again I phoned to
them and told them he problems they said okay u don’t make payment we will
reverse your money in next bill

Now next bill they made reverse the bill and amount but best shocked to me is
the money they reversed and gave me credit but with the interest of Rs.13000/00
+ late fees + S. Tax + some other fees which came to Rs. 3200 / 00 I phone to
SCBank and spoke to some one in call enter then within 24 hours some one MR.
Raju phoned me and confirmed the and he said he will reverse the money and told
me to pay only what I have used the card

This long story to write is the reason if I could have not ceque the card
properly then I must have paid Rs. 13000 / 00 for mediclaim and then Rs. 3200
for interest for no reasons so in this case what should I do and I just want to
tell you all please look properly and this marketing by card bankers should be
stops this is violation of rules and cheating to consumer

Dear Friends

Please note Mr. Najmudin's case is not one off case. Tata AIG and HSBC is doing
the same thing. HSBC has debited my credit card without my consent and I am
still fighting them for the reversal and they arew saying I need to send a fax
to Tata AIG first.
I fail to understand how in the world did HSBC debit my credit card without my
consent??
Never take call from these jhonnies....they are always out to make a fool out of
us.

Yes it happened with me as well.

I applied for ICICI gold card which i got it after 1
months. After 2 weeks on receipt of gold card, they
sent me ICICI Preferred Card. I never applied for
this.

ICICI is making everyone fools with their unethical
marketing process.

Do not receive the credit card and inform ICICI about he SMS and tell them you
have not applied for any card and have received none
