I had mentioned in the customer care calls that I am ready to pay whatever I owe ICICI only if the accounts are settled properly and have paid whatever the customer service executive asked me to pay. After tha payments were made the customer care executive has clearly mentioned I do not owe anything more to the bank. But then next month onwards I am again charged for previous purchases and when I demand for those calls to be produced to me, they decline and say I have no rights.

I have been subjected to so much of mental agony. And now I am unable to take any other credit card because of thier black listing. I want ICICI bank to compensate for this and dig into my case so that they will come to know how incompetant thie customer care department is.
