Dear Sir,
I was given HSBC Credit Card by the company last year, wherein HSBC's Service Agent communicated to me that there is no fee attached to it and there are no hidden charges on this card. Because of such committment i opted for the card.
Now the bank has imposed annal fee of Rs. 2205/- and forcing me to make the payment which is unethical and false committment with the innocent customers like me.
I am dropping this mail to get justice so that the amount imposed can be waived off by HSBC, and other customers who are suffering due to such false committment can be informed.
