Dear sir,

I have settled my standard chartererd credit card on Oct'2009. I have paid the settlement amount after receiving the settlement letter. Even after that the bank has put my name in CIBIL.

I have sent no. of mails to bank to resolve this issue but I have not received any reponse.

I already asked customer care officer for checking this issue.

Now my name is in CIBIL and I am not getting any loan from any bank.

Please let me know what should I do in this situation? How to complaint? How to remove my name fro CIBIL.
