Please look in to this matter as the charges are getting added up and the amount increasing each month.

Over the period of time the charges have gone up to Rs 9400. finally when i re initated the card closing process I was told that I can pay Rs 1000 and settle the issue.
I agreed to this and passed a cheque fo Rs 1000 to the collection person. He issued me a bill for the same. The letter stating the final closure was to be mailed later.

After a few days I was clled again and told that this amount is not suffiicient. The cheque willbe returned back and if I agree at Rs 2500 the issue can be settled. To my utter shock, they encashed the cheque and my total outstanding amount has been now reduced by Rs. 1000.

The ICICI card email address continues to send me my bill regualrly each month, but is taking no interest to resolve the issue.

So finally I still stand in the same situation, only with a lesser amount.

Can you please help me get this resolved. A supplementary card on my wife's name also needs to be closed. that card was never used for any transactions.

Looking forward to your reply. I also would like to get a clearance so that my name is not featured in the CIBIL defaulter slist.

As I went abroad for my company's offshore work I havent paid my card for 4 months. I returned a few days back and paid the amount. The amounts get credited in my card back but the card was blocked. When I called and explained the issue , the customer services person says that my card was blocked permanently. I need solution for this. I need my card back as I depend on the card for payment every month. My credit was good since I opened this account. If this problem was not resolved I had no other option other than closing the account with ICICI. Please get in this further. Waiting for your reply. Please contact me 9003076189

Hi iam Hari prakash.. i was an ICICI credit card customer earlieer and it was really good bank which provides valuable service to the customers. I haven't paid my dues about 15,000 due to lost of job. When i called to customer care in OCT 2009 the customer care people asked me to pay 25000 for settlement. I told them i can not pay that much amount and i am ready settle my previous due 15,000. But they said they can't help me. i really want to pay back the amount with out any other charges.

This really creating problems for me and i am ready to pay the 15,000 in installment also. Currently i am having savings account in Icici bank. Please help me in this. I really can't pay more than 15,000.
