I Anil Agarwal i am having 4 credit cards 2 Citibank 1Icici and 1 kotak. my payment track record was very good till April 2009 because my business was running good but after that it started going down but still i managed to pay the minimum amt which consisted of nearly 2000 rs of interest but still i paid in a hope that further my business will start running good and i'll pay in full. but after November it started going down and after that i started defaulting the payment of the credit cards and now the bank teleexecutives r calling and harassing me i told them to give me a years time or else settlement of the card but neither worked they r not giving the time and not talking about about the settlement of the card.
I am really very much exhausted because these banks start calling me right from 8 am till night 10 pm and even on Sundays and insist on payment of atleast minimum amount and that minimum amount consist of 2000-2500 of interest however i dont have work and money and because of these calls i am not picking up the phone of anyone because they dont keep the phone and talk in a rubbish way they say that i will have to face legal action warrant and all. i am really very depressed of my life please help me as my payment track record was really very good.
please reply me as soon as possible with the solution what should i do.

I Hakeem i am having 6 credit cards 2 Citibank 2Icici and 1 kotak. my payment track record was very good till January2009 after that i lost my job and i am in very bad position in finance i e. i am not position to run my house now.

Now HSBC CITI BANK, ABN AMRO, AXIS BANK, ICICI BANK collection people threatning me to pay full amount irrespective of my good tract record with them at the time of my employment. This bank are going on billing late payment charges, intrest and other charges in the bill irrespective of my mail to them of my financial position.

Please help me to find a solution of my problem to get rid of this Credit card mess. They are telling me that my name is in CIBIL and i will not get a job before i clear all dues. I want to know it is true or tell me how to clear my name if it is there in CIBIL .
