my name is anil singh chauhan,i was used a credit card issuing by the icici bank no 4477466632303011. from last one year no statement provide me the bank on my . residancial add . and thay gave a email statement on another user id from last one year . in feb one collection agency contact me and said that i pay a money of rs 18900 . and thay setteled the amount of whole. thay tell me that my outstanding was rs .21000 approx . i gave him the cheque of rs 9450 each for two month installment basis . but thay dont tell me that in this process i am listed as a defaulter list in cibil. after that i contact with icici bank customer care thay tell me the truth . i offer the icici bank to pay the whole amont of my credit card but thay ignore my request . thay tell me that my ourstadind was rs , 38000 rs approx. i offer him to pay the 20000 rs more and request them to remove my name from cibil defaulter list . so plz now tell me that what i can do now ? and plz remove my name from the defaulter list on urgent basis . i am ready to pay the balance money in one shot .

Dear sir,

I have been used a credit card 5 years before, after so many communications and requisition made it with ICICI bank officials, i made a payment around 12500/- and hence they assured me the issue has been closed. but after several month the people are calling me and said to settle the card.

i didn't have any communications with ICICI bank credit cards, henceforth please clear the list immediately from the CIBIL report.

This with refernce to my ICICI CREDIT CARD NO: 4477462240268001 has been misbilled by forciebly deducting amount of 5000 rupess from my credit card by issuing ICICI Health card.How ever with all the fines and service charges they made it to 7100/- rs and the same amount has been paid and ICICI has issued with receipt no:1002849747 at SAIFABAD branch on 10.02.2010.

I applied recently for Housing Loan was very much wondering to know that my name was updated in CIBIL.Iam a customer of various private as well Govt Banks but was very much surprised with abnormal behaviour and way of response towards customers from ICICI Bank officials.I request ICICI Bank Team to kindly issue NOC / No due certificate and clear my name from CIBIL list.

Dear Sir/Madam,I was using the ICICI Bank Credit Card ending #5176 5370 8900 7007. I have made all the payments on Feb 2010 and closed the card. I didn't surrender, I have closed the card by paying all the outstanding amount. Also got the No Overdue Certificate letter from the bank on August 2010. Now I am going for the Home loan and when they take the CIBIL report of mine, in the report it is showing as the overdue of amount 6030 and current balance as 67,740 on my ICICI credit card. But there were no overdue in my card and the NOC letter is the proof. Because of this CIBIL issue my loan is getting delayed and causing un-necessary tension. So I called the ICICI Bank collection department and Sagar from the department also verified my CIBIL report, he too confirmed that the overdue amount is being showed there. He apologized and raised the request to the CIBIL department to correct the wrong information. Here is the request #SR209478379. I have been maintaining the relationship with ICICIBank for more than 7 years and I need this favour from bank, so that my home loan will be approved. I have been sending mail to customer.care@icicibank.com but no response from their end, even an acknowledgement email saying my email reached. Thanks to Sanjay Singh (Customer Service Manager) who taken my request and followed up with the CIBIL department to correct the wrong information. He also aknowledged me the status of my request. I got the personal CIBIL report from cibil.com to verify the information and to my surprise I could see the correct information in the report. Thanks to ICICI Bank and consumercourt.in.

I was using a ABNAMRO CC in 2005-2006, initially it was good but all of a sudden after year they charge me a annual fee and which i refused to pay, as while issue they told me that there is no charge/fee for this card,
now my name is still refelcting in the cibil record, can any one give me procedure to clear the name as i want to remove my name from bad cibil record,
