I had recieved a statement of a credit card 4477 XXXX XXXX 5000 which was never recieved by me.
I raised a complaint and fought for 6 months and at last the bank came to a conculsion that the card was never issued to me. They also sent a letter stated that the card doesnot belong to me.

A week back i have applied for CAR LOAN in an BANK, they checked my CIBIL report and found that the above card was linked to my report as blocked with outstanding amount. I don't know why it was linked to my CIBIL report after sending me confirmation letter stating that the card was never sent to me?

I have sent lot of emails to the bank, but no one responds or takes neccessary action to clear.

This is affecting my Credit History.

Please advise me how to move forward and get the things done.
