I have an ICICI Credit since more than 6 yrs. I have used this card upto maximum limit many times during the period and paid whole outstanding amount in one shot.
Last year in 2009, I have swipped the card many times and outstanding reached to a high amount, but still i was paying min due amount properly.
During that period one of my family member got diagonised with Cancer and I spend my all savings in the medical expenses for her. After Nov 09, I was not able to pay min. due amount because my all savings and monthly income getting finished in the medical expenses. Now the outstanding amount has been increased so much and I am not in the position to pay whole amount.
So, I contact customer care executive for the settlement of the creidt card outstanding amount on the basis of few EMIs so that I can pay the settled amount properly. Executive told me that settlement is only possible if you don't pay min due amount for two month.
I wait for two month and one day I got a call from a recovery agents threating me to do police action against me if I don't pay total outstanding amount immediately.
I show him my inability to pay the total outstanding amount and also told him that I have talked with Bank Executive for the settlement.
But he always ingnored my wording and threating, abusing me on my cellphones regularly.

I have also borrowed some money from my friends , relatives and personal loan from bank for the medical expenses for the treatment of my family member suffering from cancer.

I also asked the recovery agent that I have such amount with me right now. Please settle the card for such amount and close the issue, but he ignored it and do not show the interest to close the matter properly.

Please help me to come out this problem.

I am Ram Prasad i am using ICICI credit card '4629864293259000', i am using this credit card since
2008, and i reached the outstanding in 2009 ending, i paid 15000 in 2010, after that i lost my job
Nearly one year i don't have any income that’s i am not paid anything after getting the job again i
Started to pay last two months i paid 6,000INR. In between i received a call from ICICI (Third Party).
They are forcing to settle the payment in this month itself and they are sending the emails to my
Company id (Please check the image). I want to settle the card payment in three installments.
Please assist me for the same
