Hi, I am Tarun Mittal, using ICICI Credit Card. As per my ICICI Credit Card Statement for the period 17th Dec 09 to 16th Jan 2010 the due date for making the payment was 07th Feb 2010. I have dropped a cheque for making payment on 06th Feb 2010 in skybox located at Sector -54 Noida. When I have recieved the Next Month Card Statement for the Period 17th Jan 2010 to 16th Feb 2010 that contains some Late Fees Charges of Rs. 400, Intrest Rs. 120 & Services Tax on this amount. I contact Customer Care for this fault, they are sayinh that I have to make the payment befor 4-5 days of due date in case of other bank's cheque you are depositing. Now why I need to pay Late fees charges & interest , whenever I have deposited payment before due date. Please solve my problem as soon as possible. coz Bank is charging fake amount towards us.
