But up to that customer care recovery department misbehave with and they fight with me, (Person Name :Amol)
Pune HDFC Credit Card Department, Nilesh Jagdale , they kept me as prisoner half day on 21 Jan 2010. Actually even they are denying to give me credit card statement. I think fault on there side.
1. Account Name on Credit Card is wroung. - So I cant Login.
2. Account Email ID wroung - So Cant Login.
3. I used 18,000 RS/- but they are displayed me 30,000/- even I paid 10,000/-.
4. I am not knowing what amount I have to pay because not getting statement.
Is this fair to behave with customer as prisoner.
I want all the information about this account and what ever mis behaviour they done with me.
