My name is Subhash Kapoor and iam residing i n Jodhpur,i had availed an Credit Card from ICICI Bank in year 2005 which got closed in year 2006,but recently when i equired for some loan i came to know that same Credit card's status is written off due to some General Insurance policy of ICICI Loambard which was issued to me without my consent.I visited my local branch end number of times to get the credit card overdues settled without paying the policy amount of rs 8586/- which was imposed on me without any prior notice.My current balance remaining in my credit card is rs 23000/- out of which Rs15000/- was my expenditure and iam agree to pay the same.
I have also enquired about the same policy whose policy number is 0001277252 in ICICI Loambard but there is no record found and no information given to me.
I request to kindly look into the matter and waived off the policy amount which was wrongly issued to me without my consent so that i can get this overdue settled for positive CIBIL.
