Dear Concern,
Would like to bring serious concern to the lime light as today is 7 - mar-10,& due date of payment of my credit card. Last night ( 6-Mar10) my bank customer services manager at HDFC bank clearly refuses to help in terms of transferring the whole amount into EMI. I would certainly want to pay the entire amount to bank due towards me but do not have sufficient funds to make one time payment.would appreciate my credit ranking is maintained by paying it through EMI.
Would urge to request the HDFC bank to get back to me in case of an extra mile work requirement to help me in paying the money back.
