Hi

This is sureshkumar wanted to launch a complaint against Barclays inregards to my credit card where I have been levied late payment fee where it was perfectly paid on date

I do have a proof for the payment as it clearly shows on my icici savings bank account that it has left as on date 25/10/08 but on the statement of my credit card it shows late payment charges on 29/10 which is not acceptable at all at all means

So i would like to know how to take action against this as i have already launched a complaint with them informing that i will be reveresed on the next statement but not yet been done as i have received my new statement as well

The rference number which was issued by barclays bank is CAS417988 when i called customer care they said that the complaint is registered but not yet actioned

SO i need some assistance on the above case ASAP and also some guidance whether can i apply thru consumer court so that it can be resolved asap
