I had my creditcard on ICICI EMI card june 2009 some body deposited cheque to my card i dont know whose cheque,
so for that i raised request to icici bank. then they sent deposited cheque copy to me,
after i checked that copy and informed that cheque is not posted from me , can u
consider this request and revert penalty changes which they added to my account like that,
but icici customer car not at all carry
my request after that i didnt paid my amount and plan to come settlement form june month
onwards i am asking no body come for settlement.

i went directly to icici credit card division at ambattur also they said we will call tomorrow,
but so many tomorrow passed i am waiting from icici call no use,
i only made call so many times to customer care i have nearly 10 contact numbers for icici bank but no use,
december 2009 i got call from mumbai for settlement 30k they assured after christmas we wil collect your money,
but not yet receive form me, now i am distrube very lot by icici bank, now they asking need to pay 50k

amount settled for 30K on phone from mumbai.
I requested the ICICI bank official through mail they said we come for settlement


What are these Banks doing, trying to Help Public or Killing them?? the collection department & ICICI bank are torturing me. Its really Hell..

Please let me know how to handle this collection department.

I could clearly notice that this BANK tries to manipulate things where ever possible.

Please let me know Can I write a complaint to RBI on this issue.

Hi Team,

i'm facing problem due to ICICI CC unauthorized transaction amount due , which affects my cibil score.

My ICICI card was misused by some one & we had proof there was signature mismatch on all unauthorized transaction, however focing self to make payment .

Now ICICI asking for settlement around 14K or full due amount .

Please suggest How to solve this issue ..

Hi Team,

As i was using ICICI EMI credit card but due to not using it from last 6 Months it's get de-activated. It is states on card that it will get expire on 2012. I had a word with Customer Care but they are not able to activate it.
So i request to activate my card which is very important or benifical for me.
