    Dear Admin,
    Please let me know who can help me on this issue. Can I take this issue to RBI??

    I had my creditcard amount settled for 50K on phone.
    In the call the ICICI official mentioned that the first installment would be 10K which will be deducted from my savings account which was already blocked by them and told to pay the remaining amount (40K) in two installments.

    I requested the ICICI bank official to send the details regarding the settlement amount through mail.
    In the mail It has been mentioned that the settlement amount is 50K towards 69K/-.

    One day later I received a settlement letter(in email) with settlement amount 50K towards 76K/-. In this they didn't reduce the first 10K what was deducted from my savings account.

    I have paid my 2nd installment of 15K through a cheque and now left with the 3rd installment of 25K.

    For the last installment the collection department & Bank use to argue that I should be paying 35K instead of 25K. they didn't consider the 10K for the firtst installment.

    I tried to explain this issue to the customer care and found that some of them were not accepting this and some of them seems to be accept but with no clear confirmation. So I decided to have the confirmation through email and asked them send an email regarding the same and also insisted them to give a no due letter(hard copy) once I pay the 25K.

    I had an email(3 days before the due date) from the customer care guy to pay 25K as an installment but with no clear confirmation as that was the last payment. Later I insisted him to mention in the mail that this would be my last installment and there wont be any dues from my side after this payment. Later on the last due date morning of the payment this customer care guy called the person who offered me the settlement and later got a confirmation mail that the 25K would be last payment that would clear the dues.

    I had the 25K cash in my hand 3days before the last due date and was expecting a clear email confirmation on the issue. On the last day the of due date it was confirmed by email to pay only 25K from the Bank. But the last due date given to me(NOv 5th) was an holiday which I was not knowing before. I went to the Bank with 25K and... It was closed.

    Again On Nov 14th I came to Bangalore and visited the Bank to pay the 25K. They didn't accept it since the due date has been void.

    I have few questions here.
    -> Can they give the last due date on a the bank holiday?? (I think this should have been a day before or a day after)

    -> On 3rd nov the collection team called me & said that they would be visiting my home in and collecting the installment amount on 4th nov. I told them to come & collect the amount.But no one has come. Is it not a fault from their side??

    -> Now the Bank says since the settlement is void I have to pay the 55K(the principal amount) again by going for a new settlement. Is it Fair??. Though accepting that there was an Issue from their side the Bank official says that I should have made the payment 25K before the due date. Will I not be loosing the total 50K if the issue was not resolved?

    -> When I was resolving the issue on call I asked for No due or some kind of letter(hard copy) from the bank which says that I have cleared all the dues after paying this 25K installment. I wanted to visit the Bank, pay the final installment (25K) and get this letter from them. But the customer care guy said they can not provide any such kind of letter but the due becomes zero in the next statement after paying the last installment. Is it True??

    It is big amount for me and can't pay 55K again after paying 25k towards the first 2 installments.

    What are these Banks doing, trying to Help Public or Killing them?? the collection department & ICICI bank are torturing me. Its really Hell..

    Please let me know how to handle this collection department.

    I could clearly notice that this BANK tries to manipulate things where ever possible.

    Please let me know Can I write a complaint to RBI on this issue.

    Exclamation ICICI Pathetic Credit Card service

    This is in regards to a new add-on card that was issued by ICICI Credit Card phone pathetic banking service a week back. I received the new card with number ending 4112 soon after which I get a message that the card wont work as it has some technical problem.

    Soon after that a Visa Bill Pay service message arrives on my Registered Mobile number stating that the Bill cannot be processed, for further details call phone banking.

    I called phone banking spoke to a Manager named "Suman" who ASSURED me that since the problem was from their end, and that the Visa Bill Pay service usually gets transferred automatically to the new replacement cards, but since it did not get transferred in my case, they would waive off the Visa Bill Pay Rental for the whole year, and that she would call me within 48hrs to confirm the same.

    It has been 72hrs since I made the last call and since then I've been calling phone banking, several times a day and there is no response, I have been waiting to speak to a phone banking officer for 25 mins, and sometimes 20mins on hold, what the hell is this? Is this customer service? Lousy way of doing business, especially banking.

    Do you pay my phone bill? You better call me or else I will make a big chaos in the head branch in Pune. I am not kidding and this is a threat, because I DEMAND SERVICE.

    It is frustrating that you cannot provide a clean service and on top of it, cause inconvenience to customer like us who pay for your useless service, like VISA BILL PAY and yet the Bills are not paid!

    I EXPECT A PHONE CALL IN 24HRS FROM THIS MAIL, IF NOT THEN YOUR OFFICIALS WILL CRY IN THAT HEAD BRANCH FOR HAVING ME AS A CUSTOMER.

    I HOPE YOU GET THAT RIGHT. I'm sure your stock holders would be happy to know the way you do Business.

    I have attached proof of hold time until I was frustrated listening to that music and disconnected because my phone bill was climbing.

    Isn't there any authority that can govern these private companies? RBI will actually kick the life out of such poor service bodies.

    Unhappy credit card

    i have settled my credit card no 4477466915318009 with the amount of 15000.in which the breakup is 5600/-has been deducted from my savings bank a/c and rest i have made the payment in S D TOWER,ROHINI,NEW DELHI for the amount of 9400/-and i have been given the letter of full and final settlement dated on 9th aug 2010.yet i m getting the sms for the given credit card which is veru absurd.when i will b fully freed from this matter.can u help me.my mail id is piyush_pushkar001@yahoo.com.and my contact no is 9555226783.

    Default Bank Account Blocked

    Dear Admin,

    Please help me with issue of Bank Account Blocked which is not linked with ICICI Bank Account

    I am holding ICICI Bank Credit Card Due to financial Crisis i could not pay my payment to ICICI Bank Credit Card

    Now I got a job and raised first salary into my ICICIBank Account which is blocked now

    What will i have to do access this account NO: 034401521830

    Please i urge to ICICI bank concern department to unblock my saving account and i am ready to pay discounted principle amount of ICICI Bank Credit Card

    My ICICI Bank Credit card is not linked with THIS ICICI Bank Account still they have blocked my account

    Please help Me and solve my issue

    Dear Sir,

    I am very sorry to say that the 'VIDEOCON TOWER', New Delhi, where the ICICI Bank office is situated became the Centre of FRAUDS & CHEATERS. I myself is one of them who is cheated by Mr. Dinesh Arora (actually DSA) but posed as an employee of ICICI Bank, who was sitting with other staff of ICICI Bank at Videocon Tower.

    1. I had visited your Videocon Tower officeon 24.1.2009 to settle my outstanding amount of Rs.32,000/- appx. I had been told by your staff that Mr. Dinesh Arora - MO. No.9999598339 & 9716329557 (who was sitting with your staff people), will handle our case. I discussed with him that at present, I am not in a position to pay the entire amount. So please make some easy instalments.(A letter have sent on 29.9.09 to your Nodal Officer in this regard). He told me, you can pay Rs.1,700/- per month and the amount paid by me will be deducted from my Principal Amount.

    2. I paid Rs.1,700/- on the same day at Videocon Tower office vide your Receipt NO. 0039763 dt. 24.12.09. After that Mr. Dinesh Arora started sending Mr. Manoj Kumar (I.Card No. 1271329) MO No.9811401843 & 9654098424 every month at my residence to collect payment of Rs.1700/- with the ASSURANCE that this amount is being deducted from my Principal Amount.

    3. The details of payments made by me are as under:

    4. Finally on 18.9.10, I have received a call from Mr. Dinesh Arora through Mob. No. 9716329557 that I have to pay Rs.16560/- (out of Principal amount of Rs.32000/-) as on date and he is sending a person to collect a cheque of Rs.6400/-. After receiving the cheque of Rs.6400/-, he is sending my request of Full & Final Settlement to ICICI Head Office.

    5. I have paid Rs.6400/- through Cheque No.438647 dt.18.9.10 to Mr. Hasnat Ahmed (I.Card No.005161-1A00017) and M. Dinesh Arora assured me that discount of Rs.5,000/- to Rs.6,000/- will definetely given to me.

    6. FINALLY on 21.10.10, I have received a call from Ms. Kiran (Mob. No.99909939600 - I.D. No. MM0048) from Money Multiplier, A-2/9, Ist Floor, WHS, Kirti Nagar, New Delhi, that Mr. Dinesh Arora has gone the his home town and she is looking after our case. She assured me that my request of Full & Final Settlement has been accepted by ICICI H.O. and now I have to pay Rs.4530/- as Full & Final Amount and she ASSURED ME that my N.O.C. will issued within 5-7 days. She is sending a person to collect the cheque.

    7. I have given a cheque of cheque of Rs.4530/- to Mr. Deepak Gupta (I.Card No. 008090 - Mob.No.9899172764) as Full & Final Settlement.

    BUT, when I have not received N.O.C. from ICICI Bank till 12.11.10, I visited your Videocon Tower Office and contacted the concerned deptt. They informed that nothing has been deducted from my Principal Amount and I have to pay Rs.53000/- appx. as on today.

    I WAS SHOCKED to listen that my entire amount i.e. Rs.27000/- appx., paid by me has been adjusted as regular payments by your DSAs, M/s Shree Sai Services & Money Multiplier.

    I would like to inform you that your DSAs are FOOLING us ny making WRONG COMMITMENTS and would request you to please take STRICT ACTION and get the entire amount refunded to me from your DSAs.

    SIR, THIS IS MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO YOU, PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND HOPE THAT I WILL GET FAVOURABLE RESPONSE FROM YOUR SIDE, AS I AM ONE OF YOUR OLDEST CUSTOMER.
