Credit Card Dues I have couple of credit card dues (6 Years) which I want to settle with SBI (1.5K principal) and SCB (11K Principal)...I have following questions
1) What is the best legal way of settling these dues... and how much should I be paying them.
2) What Kind of Information should I be asking from the Bank and how i.e. through email or call.
3) As usual, I am also getting lot of threatning call for my SBI CC Collection agency located at my Pune residence number..However I do not want to settle with them as most of them work unethically and just threat people all the time. I want to settle directly with the bank and keep all the conditions etc in Black and white.
Please Help and advice in immidiate basis as I am now done with this continuous harrasment and Also want to make sure that I do not pay them as these charges and interest rates are completely unbeleivable.

You should know your right ,Collection Agents are not supposed to Harass or annoy the defaulters however chronic the default be.
