I am afraid to say that in spite of several letters to your bank, no body is ready to understand my problem. The problem I am facing is getting bigger and bigger day by day.
When ever I request you to please pay attention towards the matter, all I get is the same reply. I know how and when to pay my payments exactly, kindly do not send me the method and the procedure on how to pay the payments. I pay roughly 5lacs monthly as my emi and interest. So I think you can make an idea of my true spirit.
No body at your end is ready to take a deep interest in the matter.
You people said that you checked on your behalf that there was no problem with the drop box, how can you say that, because I have myself deposited both the cheques at the same time and your statements also shows the same received dates, and you have reversed the charges of card no. 5546 3796 5160 4033, amount of interest waived was
on 03.10.2008 Rs 3603.11 + 700 and
on 25.10.2008 Rs 531.86.
these amounts were reversed by Mr. Avinder from Gurgoan, on telephone dated 05.09.2008, time 6.40pm and he assured the reversal of other card
i.e. 5546 3796 5401 7001.
Your calls are always recorded then how are you charging the late payments charges on it again.
I hope you can see the situation, on one hand you have cleared the charges of my one card, and on the other hand you are increasing the charges day by day of my another card. I am being a Norman person, requesting you to please help me come out of this thing.
There is no facility to provide any receipts when we people deposit the cheques at your drop box, then how can any one prove it.
You can check my both the credit cards, I have started depositing the money in cash at your ATMs because you do not have any proper procedure.
I hope you know its so risky to carry cash in pocket.
The same situation occurred with my another credit card i.e. Barclays and they were intelligent enough to understand the situation and waived my charges at just one go. I wonder why I choose Citi Bank. I never expected this kind of behavior from your bank. Its so unethical. I understand these kinds of misunderstandings do happen but it has become ridiculous, I am sending you the copy of my Barclays statement, so that you can see the difference, if I were at fault or had any bad intentions why would any one else bother to consider it.
I used to hear from others that banks do play these kinds of games but now I can see it by myself. Specially in credit card departments.
I again request you to please waive all the charges immediately as it’s the mistake from your side and trust me I am not going to pay anything which I am not liable to pay.
My health is getting spoiled because of it, I am a heart patient u have no right to play with any one’s health, I know the business ethics and kindly do not consider it as any threat I am requesting you. As I hope you being human would defiantly understand my position, all I want is to follow the ethics as I am not liable to pay any charges.
As you said my feed back would be important for you, I request you to take the matter seriously.
