Default Fraudulent transactions on ICICI bank credit card

    Hi,
I had lost my ICICI bank credit card on 25th Dec, 2009. I had gone for a dinner to restaurant (Hyderabad) and forgot the card there. But I realized that card is missing only on 2nd Jan. The movement I came to know I had called the bank and blocked the card. But before that someone had done a shopping of 93000/-. We suspect a waiter from a restaurant had stolen the card. The waiter is also missing after that day. I had done a FIR with Police and open a dispute related to fraudulent transactions with the bank. I had also visited one shop with police from where the criminal had done a shopping. We had seen the transaction slips and signature does not resemble with my signatures. I had informed the bank about signatures also.

Bank informed me that they will do an investigations and it will take a one month. After a month they have resolved the dispute in bank favour with following statement
“The signature is not the only valid parameter to resolve disputes. We have other parameters to decide on transaction disputes which we would be unable to disclose. “

Now bank is asking me to do a full payment to avoid transaction charges.

I need advice/help to avoid the charges for fraudulent transactions
