Hi,
This is Rakesh. I had a credit card No. from ICICI Bank. I'm not using that credit card from past 2 years but making payment of minimum balance, now there was some outstanding on my a/c which I didn't pay Because I’m out of job & not financial sound.

Now I am getting calls from (Tel. : No. +91 022-64562836) the ICICI Bank (a Lady) and she harassed me

The credit card is issued in my Name
*
The Lady infect threatened me whatsoever. I already told her about my financial status and no intention to run away. But still she doesn't listen to me.

Please help me?

As per my settlement with the bank I’ve already made the FULL & FINAL dues of my Credit Card on January, 7th 2009(ICICI Letter No. : XXXXXXX) but till date I’m receiving my Credit Card Statements and again the outstanding amount reflects in my name is INR.107, 393.48?
