I am one of the icici bank customers. In my account (027501518963) porur branch 11500 rs was reserved for the credit cards no 447746*********** but settlement was done and the card was closed 6 months before... and last six month I didn't received any information about this. Suddenly in my account 11500 rs were reserved.

in the month of Sep 2008, my settlement was done through mr.srinivasan (09840300154) and Mr. Johnson (9840929351). For last two days, no satisfied answer from the icici executives. So I planed to record my complaints to RBI (reserve bank of India) and consumer court…



THIS INFORMATION WAS ALREADY SUBMITTED TO CUSTOMER CARE ICICI.
