Myself Shweta Mahajan.I have got ICICI Bank credit card ad i used my card for some urgent requirement.I was unable to repay the full amount
on time since iahve ti support my family so i contacted ICICI ank customer care and got my account settled at Rs-30,000.I made the first payment on time however due to a mishap happened in my family i was unable to made the payment on time but litle later i paid the second and the 3rd installament as well.Now even after paing the amont bank is sending me legal notie to pay the entire amount since the second installment was not time which should have been made in 3 consecutive months however the fact the customer care executive never informed me about the same.
If the bank is aware that i have to pay the amount in 3 consecutive months then why they did not inform me about the same and if they knew that my payments would not be considered and ihave to pay the entire amount again then why did they took my money.Now how would i get the entire amount again?
please advice i have to reply to a legal notie within 4 days otherwise bank would take some action against me.
Pls help me..Any help would be great.
