Hello Sir,

I had 3 cards in Jan 2009. One of my closest friend was using my cards and was paying the dues. Things were going well untill Jan 2009. Suddenly my friend went to his native with all my credit cards were used to maximum limit(Rs.2,00,000 in total). He is now refusing to pay the dues and I am afraid of things could happen. He hasn't paid anything for the last one year. Could somebody help me to get rid of this issue?
To be honest, I cannot pay anything now as I am in tight situation. Can the banks give complaint against me? is there any chance to be given warrent?
