    Angry Harassment by HDFC Bank

    Hi,
    This is Vishal. I had a credit card No. XXXXXXXXX from HDFC Bank. I'm not using that credit card from past 8-9 months but making payment of minimum balance, now there was some outstanding on my a/c which I didn't pay Because I知 out of job & not financial sound.
    *
    Now I am getting calls from (Tel. : No. +911143145100/ 43145300/ 66219061) the HDFC Bank (a Lady) and she harassed me & my family members and telling me to borrow money from relatives & neighbours or whosoever, they even call my wife & threatening her that if I知 not able to make the payment she値l ruined her Job.
    *
    The credit card is issued in my Name and neither my wife nor any of my family members is supposed to do anything with my credit cards. *
    *
    The Lady infect threatened my Mother whose (65+) & my Father whose (75+) to make the payment on my behalf more over that lady is harassing my sister-in-law, my brother & my 13yrs old nephew.
    *
    Please tell me what should I do?

    This is formally inform you and requested you that I am Mr.Pram Lodha & I am staying at 2/84 Kohinoor Com. dadar & I have received at my residence address form your bank so many phonograms to Aditi lad but thousand time I informed your bank people Miss aditi is not staying here her family shifted native place & my family don稚 have any details about aditi so now I am very phrased with that letters, we received always phonograms early morning 6.45am. Is it a time to delivered letter????? if again I received any think from your bank than will failed Police complaint agents your bank recovery people & my wife is not much Educated that痴 way she accept all letter but now enough is enough when I personally visit Hdfc Bank Lower parel Branch & told Bank people don't send any letter on this add otherwise will failed a police compliant after that also you people doing same think but now will not Shut my mouth (Phonograms details Hdfc Bank Pallavi Contact please urgent 9320136607) that letter I give police constable S.M.Rasam bhoiwada Police St. & Failed a N.C (N.C No.BH-2014) also Agents Pallavi-9320136607.     Hi,
    This is Rakesh. I had a credit card No. XXXXXXXXX from ICICI Bank. I'm not using that credit card from past 2 year but making payment of minimum balance, now there was some outstanding on my a/c which I didn't pay Because I知 out of job & not financial sound.

    Now I am getting calls from (Tel. : No. 022-64562836) the ICICI Bank (a Lady) and she harassed me.
    *
    The credit card is issued in my Name.
    *
    The Lady infect me and telling me to pay the payment whatsoever.
    *
    Please tell me what should I do?

    Unhappy Pay Rs.4-5 K every month but, outstanding remains same?

    Further to above I致e got a call from HDFC & as per the person (Some Manjeet Singh) he call himself the Manager of HDFC Bank (CC Department) & requested me to make the payment of Rs.4000/- & assure me that I知 going to receive an apologetic letter regarding the misbehavior of that lady. I致e also requested him to send me the last eight (8) months statement of my CC, though I致e made the payment of Rs.4000/- on 15/02/10 but till now I haven稚 received the statements or any apologetic letter from the Bank?

    I知 not using the card from past 10 months, but I received below statement every month:

    Late Fee : Rs.600
    Over limit Fee : Rs.500
    Finance Charges-Cash : Rs.104.59
    Finance Charges-Retail : Rs.2, 558.59
    Service Tax : Rs.376.30
    Cess Tax : Rs.11.28
    -----------------------
    Total : Rs.4, 150.76

    Can any one please help me in this regard, otherwise I have to pay Rs.4-5 K every month but my outstanding remains same?

    Default I received a call again from HDFC Bank

    Hi,

    My name is Arun and I registered a complaint here before too. I am not sure why I am still receiving calls from HDFC, 5 Calls in 3 Hours.

    I am still working at office and I am tortured by HDFC collection agents and they say that they are sitting out of Rajouri Garden branch.

    # 93500013309 - Meenakshi Mehrotra or Malhotra (Sr. Manager as stated)
    # 9310478908 - Gurveen Kaur - Manager (as stated by Meenaxi though she didn't mention about her)
    # 01143145300 - Raju (Agent)

    Meeaxi says, its her duty to keep reminding about my payments till the time I make one. Number of collection calls to a customer doesn't concern her.

    She spoke to me about some cycle which is not related to my card.

    If this is the way HDFC bank operates then I am really sorry for all the customers of HDFC customers. 6+ years of Banking with them and this is what I get to hear from people who have not even worked for more than 6 years with that company.

    What Govt. rules are they following?

    How many collection calls should one attend in a day as per law?

    As per HDFC Law - U will be reminded till the time you make a payment.

    Here is what it is:

    There tonality will make you feel sick about yourself.
