Hi,

I used to use ICICI credit card almost 7 years ago and not renewed or applied for the card expiry. Now i dont even remember the card number. I still get call to my residence number atleast once a month asking if i used the credit card and asking for closure letter etc.. I have asked many a times that card is closed long back and not using ICICI card anymore and not to call but still keep receiving calls and sometime they harass my parents with these questions.

Please stop this harrasment.

Dear all,

Same technic of recovery is being used by the agents. Some Randeep called me and said I will be arrested with a non-bailable warrent. I said "please go ahead". Then he called 5 of my colleugues and said I have done some crime and will be arrested if I did not call them back. I called them and asked what was the matter. They again said that I am going to be arrested. I said "please go ahead".

Further, this guy (so called police) called my HR head today at 2 PM and complained that I am an criminal under section 406 and 420. My HR head blasted me left and right without listening my point of view and issued a warning letter today. I called this guy back and asked why he was doing such things instead of arresting me as he thretened earlier.

At 5:30 PM today, he called the head of my company and said I am a criminal. I was again thrashed.

If things have to be sorted out, only way is to talk in polite manner. My debt is around 20K which was around 3 years back. Now it is 50K with interest. I am interested in settling things in a peaceful way. If this continues, I will not pay a single penny to these people and let me see what can they do next.

@ ICICI bank - I am ready to pay whatever I spent. If these harassment continues for some more time, I will not pay any money. Lets fight in the court and take whatever we get.

But when mail is sent thy dont reply i ahve sent many mails but no reply.complaint against recovery agent whos visiting giving bad words main thing is its not my moms account sum1 elses account n person is visiting moms place coz that person didnt pay and there were sum transations between me n him tht means bank checks our accounts and its not at all Safe banking.y the hell did u check my account to search sum person did u guys ask me?y did bank peek in my transations n my address.To cut it short goondas are giving me n my mom badwords asking us to pay we r not goin to pay 4 sum1 else i hav given so many complaints earlier but bank is not doin nething.i dont have agency name but goondas name is Ravi Patil mbl no 9769388283.regardin d s bajwa loan acc xxxxxxx6295thru loan acct plz check agency i dont want any1 @ moms place.
guyys this is not a safe bank they check ur acct details ur transactions everything u never know if u have more amt in bank they can also remove sum amt slowly only goondas....so ne tom dick n harry can look into ur account and we wud never realise this.........Stay away from this Goonda Bank dont suggest nor open accounts here....

My name is Kiran Honaji Walunj from Mumbai-Ghatkopar. my credit card no is 4023 XXXX XXXX 0007.I am facing very serious financial crises due to cheating from builder for rs.20,00,000/- i have taken all this amount Rs.20,00,000 from my friends and relatives. I have file FIR and also case in Court. I am not able to spend minimum amount of Rs.2000 monthly on my family due to this. I am not in position to pay my credit card amount at all.

I have explained this to Mr. Kadam-9769914999, Singh-9870084747, Mr. Khan (9220935274) and my family also explains the same thing when your Executive of collection agencies visited at home. I told them that I am ready for final settlement on Rs.35,000/-only. Because of my financial crises and due to my mother’s illness.

Now Mrs.Arti Sharma (022-32223561) is behaving very rudely on phone and forcing me for the Payment. She is using rude language & entertaining in personal things. She and her team is really Harasing by calling again & again.
She should know how to behave with a customer because of her monthly target she forgets to respect the customer.
Please advise what I should do.

I am Sunny Sagoo, aged 28, residing at Delhi, hereby state as under,

I had a personal loan going on with ICICI banck for which i was paying my installments but

later I was unable to pay, due to family loss when i was 23 years old, which had severely

affected my income. I lost my father & my elder brother which severely affected my

financial condition & my mother was going through a mental trauma. I had bought this to the

notice of the banking officers and at the corporate office of the ICICI Bank, and other

various departments of the bank. Ever since then, RECOVERY GOONDAS from ICICI Bank,

deliberately keep on visiting my premises and keep on harassing me and my mother, for the

outstanding amount. I and my family are being threatened by unsolicited calls made at the

office landline number. The caller does not introduce himself and uses abusive language

which can be termed as below the belt language. I have asked the company officials visiting

my premises to send me a communication in writing rather then keep on visiting my premises

at unwanted times and events. I am being coerced and threatened by informing me that the

company has several ways of collecting its dues and that a well known Anti social, anti

national element will be visiting my premises to collect my due, failing which my family

will be physically assaulted, and publicly humiliated. I feel threatened and mentally

disturbed by the turn of events taken place since last some days, wherein I am subjected to

humiliation. The ICICI Bank so called recovery Goondas are deliberately informing my loan /

financial status to my neighbours and to persons known to me. They visit my residence at

unwanted time before informing me and make a tamasha by speaking out loudly and by using

below the belt language. I was threatened that in any case I will have to cough up the

amount even if that means by selling any parts and organs of my body. The bank will not

mind stooping to its lowest level in recovering the dues.

I WISH TO ASK THE BANK AND ITS OFFICERS SITTING IN AC CHAMBERS, DO THEY WANT TO KILL ME

AND MY Mother??
IF YES, PLEASE COME AND KILL ME AT ONCE AND FOREVER..
INSTEAD OF COMING AND KILLING ME MENTALLY AND DAY BY DAY, EVERYDAY.
I AM TIRED AND WISH TO STATE THAT I AM PUSHED TO THE CORNER, THINKING THAT BECAUSE OF ME,

MY FAMILY IS BEING TROUBLED AND INSULTED EVERY NOW AND THEN, WHEN EVER THE BANKING STAFF

AND PERSONS OF OFFICER LEVEL COME AND ABUSE AND THREATEN ME AND MY FAMILY IN MY RESIDENTIAL

PREMISES. I AM NOT ABLE TO SHOW MY FACE TO ALL AND EVERY ONE OF MY NEIGHBOURS AND

SURROUNDINGS. I AM HUMILIATED, INSULTED, ABUSED, THREATENED, INSHORT, I AND MY FAMILY ARE

TERRORISED BY THE ICICI BANK OFFICERS. THE PERSONS COMING TO MY RESIDENCE SAYS THAT THEY

ARE NOT FROM ANY AGENCY AND THAT THEY ARE FROM THE BANK, AND NO RULES OF RBI OR SUPREME

COURT IS APPLICABLE TO THEM. THE RULES OF RBI AND SUPREME COURT ARE APPLICABLE ONLY ON

RECOVERY AGENCIES AND NOT TO BANKING STAFF.
PLEASE COME AND KILL ME AND MY FAMILY, IF THAT IS THE AIM AND MOTIVE. HOW AM I GOING TO

LIVE IN THIS WAY. BETTER THE BANK SENT THEIR SENIOR OFFICERS TO MY RESIDENCE AND KILL ME OR

IF THEY WANT ME TO KILL MYSELF, PLEASE TELL ME. I AM TIRED OF THIS TERRORISM BY THE ICICI

BANK AND ITS BANKING SENIOR STAFF. THE BANK AND ITS STAFF ARE NO DIFFERENT FROM THOSE

TERRORIST WHO COME AND KILL PEOPLE, UNINFORMED. THE SAME IS IN MY CASE.


I had availed the loan from a banking institution. They ought to behave in

accordance with the law of the land. It is highly deplorable and disturbing to note that

they are referring such cases to well known fugitives and to anti social elements. I

request you to kindly help me and ensure mine and my family's safety, from these recovery

Goondas of the ICICI Bank. I hereby, wish to state that in case I or my mother are hurt or

are physically assaulted resulting in also loss of lives, the complete blame and

responsibility should be completely attributed to the recovery Goondas of the ICICI BANK. I

conclude my letter with immense grief and pain, PLEASE GUIDE ME.
