I am looking for your guidence to my issue with ABN Amro people.

Last week, I reced a call from ABN customer support -Delhi, saying I have not paid my bill during June 2004.

Actually, I am not able to recall, I had a card from ABN Amro or not during that 2003-2004.
I asked to provide the details like, what is purchased and is there any payment etc, He said, It was active for almost a year and payment also happening during that time, till April 2004, Later there was some purchase and June 2004 some cash withdrawals etc.

Agent is not giving any statement in email / letter.

But During May 1st week 2004 onwards I was not at india and I am not able to recoll, I had the ABN crad or not. My doubt confirmed after he say, card was used to purchase after May 2004 and even During June 2004. But Actually Myself and my family was travelled abroad during May 1st week itself and was there abroad for the last 4-5 years.

Few Month back I came to banglore and started working here.

For the last few days, I am frequently getting call from ABN recovery agent from Delhi and harasing for the payment.

Kindly help me out and guide me , how to handle this issue..
