SBI Credit Card settlement cheating

Hi,

I had settlement of my SBI credit card on sum of 15000. They given me and harassed me to to pay. They told me to pay 15000 I will give you clsing letter. I given cheque on 17th Dec 09. Cheque has been cleared on 6th jan 2010. But stiill they are not giving me letter. Her name is sushma.I have also recorded the conversation between us on settlement topic.I went to bank also for letter but they always make an excuse when I ask for letter. I think they dont want to give me ltter and later they will sent me bill.Please do something. I am so depressed.Bank is located in Mahim and address is SBI card payments,Mahalaxmi enng estate,Near Pilani College, Mahim(W).

I have the receipt against the cheque(15000 rs)that I paid and the converstaion recording of settlement topic. Please make a note that my credit limit was only 12000 and I have paid more than 18000.Please suggest.even yesterday i went to bank for letter and they are again saying that your settlement has been cancelled and you have to pay 6000 more.I am really so depressed and afraid.

The same isssue with me. I got a limit of 27000. I repaid more than the principle by payind only dues promising that ur settlement will get approve once u do the payment. This happened from last 8 months. I may be used 20000 that also approx. But i paid more than my principle. They harass me everyday. What should i do. Pls help...

I have the same problem, My credit limit is 12000 and they are asking for 18000. what should I do? shall i pay them what if they dont give me the settlement letter??

Same problem.. I Have been given a credit limit of Rs. 40,000. So far I have paid Rs. 36,000. Still they are asking me to pay Rs.27,000 against the out standing amount which they have quoated(Rs. 51,000). Please help me

hi people i would suggest you people not to pay the payment if you get any call .if you dont pay they cannot do any thing ..all they can do is forwad your case in court but dont worry once you go to court they give you all the proves that you have made the payment and everything is settaled.and you dont have to pay anything ins future to the sbi card.yes make sure u dont pay anything etc than you principal amont no matter what pay only your principal amout.i have done that nothing happens let them call you in court a police man will come to your palce and tell you the date when you have to go to court do there and settle evryting there

Sir, I had dispute with SBI then i decided for settlement and made payment in two installment , however they are still asking more . from last 3 to 4 years . I have refussed and have stopped taking to them .

I have all receipt and communication . kindly advice .
