Hi Sir ,

This is to inform you that I had registered a complaint for HDFC bank credit card recovery department to RBI and bank too, unfortunately I had used HDFC credit card for 39000, and they had settled this account for the same amount, later they had resettled for 37600 in month of November I received a call from pradanaya from Hdfc recovery saying you pay 200 for November and 2450 for December and 2450 for January respectively.I agreed to that and paid 200 for November 2009 and 2450 for December and ready to pay 2450 for January also.

Today I received a threatening call from HDFC saying that pay 2600 this month immediately and next month again your account will go for resettlement and you have to pay the emi's again from next month.

Its really not possible to pay any more amount by me , I am ready to pay whatever is left I.e 2450 only.

Sir please help me as the calls made by bank are really worst , they literally threatens me for recovery.

I am thinking of suicide now , please help me on this as bank is no where coming in picture , every month bank recovery is calling me and taking money from me.

They know my residential address too I am worried if tomorrow they do anything wrong with my family.

Need your intervention in this as I am feeling helpless.
